For sale is a used office container / recreation container in stable steel frame construction with functional equipment for year-round use. The container has approx. 6 cm thick wall and roof insulation, which makes it usable even at low temperatures. <br>

It is divided into two separate rooms with an access door, several sockets, light installation and electrical distribution via a fuse box (Hager). A combination of electric and gas heating ensures a demand-based heat supply. The window surfaces are made of plastic with insulating glazing, one large window is located at the front, two narrow ones at the long side. <br>

The interior walls are covered with light wood décor panelling, the floor is covered with PVC. The entrance door is lockable. On the outside, the container shows weather-related signs of wear such as dents, scratches and slight rust, but is leak-proof, dry and immediately ready for use. <br>
