During the overhaul in 2024, all engine technical matters were checked, overhauled or replaced. The cylinders have been honed, 6 new pistons + piston rings, connecting rod bearings, crankshaft bearing shells, head bolts, gaskets and head gasket. The injectors have been overhauled, as has the fuel pump to ensure the best possible combustion.
The cab tilt cylinders have been replaced with stronger ones. All wheel bearings have been checked, replaced where necessary and re-greased.
A so-called hub tool is needed to get to the bearings of the front and rear axles. This tool is available.
The wiper seals around the CV joint of the front wheels have been replaced. 4 new Marquart shock absorbers have been fitted. The transfer case has been overhauled.
